yeh tony ripped it up in london last weekend... you new yorkers are damn lucky!! i couldnt believe when i was over there for 3 months or so a few years back and Tony had just started his Nuttz residency - every damn week... its such a big event for us to hear djs like Tony, Louie, Timmy or FK in the UK whereas you lucky fvcks get at least some of them week in week out!!! & i aint forgetting all the lesser known guys either, but when it comes to legends, you're damn lucky!
which is why i'm really looking forward to my trip over in 3 weeks

graemlins/beerchug.gif Yeah, NYers are so jaded when it comes to heads like those mentioned above playing at spots like Filter with a capacity of 200 max!!

I find it so funny that the crowds that come out for the wack-ass music liek cats going from OutKast:A/C D/C:Guns N' Roses and have a blast dont have any idea who these guys are. Much different at places like Fabric where people come for the club first and whoever happens to be playing is fine with them because they don't have a clue either way.

The crowds that do come out to hear TH, LV, FK, JC, DK, etc. play are cool as they are much more true to teh music, but it would be great to have a little variety (read, drop dead beautiful women) come through too, even if it meant they don't have a clue whose on the decks. As long as they can dance.

Hey! Is there any way we can get Magus to arraneg to have the Knicks City Dancers come to Filter for this?
