Last year I took the time to import all the events into Outlook, then Sync my phone.. What a godsend.. No more carrying around torn, ripped paper fragments with parties.. I had all the info and could even text the promoter for last minute list, right from the phone.. Will be doing this every year.


The best part about it is you have all the promoters names, good for hard-to-get-into party desperate last minute name dropping (works wonders.. )
