I like it. I saw it last week on Newsarama and I love the fairy tale being told. I haven't been impressed with the Marvel DVDs and stopped buying them but I have a good feeling about this one. The animation in this clip is not representative of the rest of the film, they just used a different style to give the audience a feeling of a fairy tale about the last days of The Avengers. The movie is about those kids taking up the mantle of The Avengers and avenging their parents. The last scene of the trailer when Captain America and Black Widow's son said, "Avengers Assemble," is more representative of what the movie is about.
It's definitely made for kids but this trailer seems more interesting than the more "edgy, adult" interpretations in the other Marvel DVDs.
Hopefully, it will be one fun DVD.

Dude I'm aware of what its about I was referring to the type of animation used on the kids, and so many new cartoons. If you noticed I referred to the animation of the Fairy tale as the MMMS style you know from the 60's with Cap Iron Man etc. But thanx for trying to educate me:conf06:

Sorry, in Newsarama most of the people condemned the trailer because they thought the animation style of the fairy tale is representative of the entire movie when its not. So sorry, if I mistook your statements.
I have to say, it was great seeing the Classic Avengers on the screen.
Have you seen the new Spider-Man animated series? If so, what do you think of it?

The art style is easier to animate than the hyper detailed more comic book looking style. Besides, the kids seem to like it. I remember a lot hate towards Bruce Timm's Batman style before Batman: The Animated Series premired and now that's the standard everybody looks to and wants to come back to.
I only seen the first episode (I don't own a TV so I'm waiting for the box set), and I like it. It's much better than the MTV computer animated series, although I did like the last two episodes of that one when he quits and was hoping for some type of resolution for that situation.
