This Twennynine LP is the one with Fancy Dancer. I've been after the 12" with the Tee Scott mix, but my friend said the LP sounds better. It was only $1.60 so why not? I think Peanut Butter is on the Best of Friends LP but I don't have that one (worth checking out?)

I was very happy to find this because it's on a tape I had from when the song was new (early 90s) but I didn't know what it was called back then. Gherkins are very hard to come by where I live too... this is the only one I've seen in a shop here.

greetings, Lyot! that Jago cut is a very good one:) and about Frantique's "Strut Your Funky Stuff", if i remember correctly, they were an European group that strangely enough were released stateside on the Philadelphia International Records/CBS record label given that they sound nowhere near like Gamble & Huff.
i got to hear that Answering Service version of "Call Me Mr. Telephone". the Cheyne version on MCA was a hit back in the spring of '85 (used to hear it on BLS in regular rotation).
speak soon!

greetings, Hey Lyot, I know you wouldn't be neglecting your girlfriend on her birthday and posting record lists online...haha.
That Kasso "One More Round" FK edit. Is that on Haristol(sp?) records & tapes from Germany with an edit of Walkman on the flip. If so I have that one too, but mine got scratched and is now unplayable cause it skips :( I like that edit.
Jr. Jam, Nice...I'm still waiting to find one of those Logg albums but it seems to be avoiding me.

How is that Manzel song with the MAW mixx? Is this any good?? Yes! The long version is hot instrumental style, the dub is good if the long one is too noodly for you, and the keyapella is dope with the keys singing "It's Over Now wah wah w-wha". None of it is housed up too much with drum machines/fx... very classic and nice pressing.

Klas, do you still have a line on those Massimo Barsotti reissues? I need to get that one.
So Doc was in my friends record store on Monday, and I rapped with him for a minute. He was looking for places to dig and my friend sent him to the spots I raided this weekend graemlins/spanka.gif good timing for me! graemlins/thumbsup.gif
He was showing me the Sublevel LADM A Greater Life, the one on clear vinyl. Do you know what song they're editing on the disco side? It sounds really familiar but I can't place it... I swear it's in my collection somewhere.

Grant B,
I'm not sure if you're referring to Massimo Barsotti's 'Whole Lotta Love', but if so, you can find it at www.flexx.be (http://www.flexx.be)
It may be possible you need to wire transfer money instead of paying with Visa/paypal..That might be rather expensive though, but hit me on my PM's if you really want it, so I can do that for you (you just transfer some money to me via Paypal then)..
