I picked up Super Mario Galaxy last week which me and my girl are loving at the moment. Any other good platform games out there?

Namco Museum Remix, Play, & Game Party I've been playing.
Loving the darts & hoop shoot on Game Party....plus, the game is on the cheap side, around $20. Grab it for sure.

I have Transformers & Super Smash Brothers Brawl, but haven't played them yet.

I see you're in TO. Have you checked out A+M Games just South of bloor on Spadina? They have loads of Wii new and used and also a ton of old consoles: master system, NES etc.

Worth a visit.

I gave mine to my niece and nephews... it seems to be better for 'casual' gamers (like young kids and old people).

The party games that I think comes with the console (tennis, boxing, bowling, golf, etc.) is fun, though extremely simplistic and stripped-down.

The best game I have played for the Wii is 'Pinball Hall Of Fame - The Williams Collection'.

I'm single and bought it so I can go one on one with girls. Women love this machine, and think the wii is pretty cool as well!

I also wanted something different as I have a PS2, and wii seemed to be the way to go.

Got Mario Kart yesterday and like Galaxy, it's also good fun. You can play online too, which means you can race against your friends or random people from around the world. Highly recommend it.

Rayman Raving Rabbids is hilarously stupid. Great when you have a group of friends. Avoid Rabbids 2 though, seriously shit game.
