This guy in the pic was captured 10 -11 years ago, I doubt he is that fool in the video.

i don't know if there are two or three perps or if they've all been captured, but the whole idea that anyone could be intentionally doing this to others makes me shudder. it would be nice to know how many guys have been convicted of doing this recently

There have been a few cases where a guy was intentionally infecting victims with the virus. I do not believe, however, that the picture posted is that of the perp on YouTube. I have found NOTHING stating that he was actually caught. In fact, it seems he has been on there recently making threats to rap associated labels.
