Looking for sites that are relatively fast reads, describing sound theory, sound fundimentals, sound recording, and sound editing in layman's terms.
A site or sites on any or all of the above.

Some threads are longer than others but I have generally found that people are helpful and you usually end up with various answers or different methods to try.

Get the book "Introduction to the Creation of Electroacoustic Music".
This is used in many college courses and covers all the subjects you are asking about. I have used it to teach classes before and the students all said it was easy to follow.
