Is there a way to make a dog stop pissing in a certain area outdoors?
I have a bush next to my patio door that dogs piss on. on a hot day that piss smell is foul.
Is there a spray I can buy that dogs hate?
I'm about to lay out bowls of antifreeze.:madani:

They do make sprays that supposedly make it less attractive. Bleach in a dish near the bush is more likely to offend them and send them scurrying away...the problem is that if the bleach spills, it will kill the shrub that you are trying to protect.
Nature's Miracle works but I don't know if you can put it directly on the plant...it would eliminate the attractive scent markers...and that is the major problem. once a place is marked...dogs return to it again and again. I've used this successfully indoors but never tried it out of doors...
There's some stuff called "no go" that works indoors...supposedly. I have not tested it because I've never needed it...if you check with a local vet, you might be able to get some info...

what gets me is these fucking dog owners feel, just because "it's only piss", it's ok for their dogs to just piss on other folks property...on the fence, gate, sidewalk...

OH SHIT!!!!
what? I have a .357 also, but with this 8" barrel. I can't control that thing...too much kick for me.
I don't much like handguns anyway. I prefer my .30-06 and my .30-30 honestly... rifles are so much easier for me...
For the house it's a lovely weatherby shotgun...I don't have to aim or even really think too hard.:mwink:

See...that annoys me. You should have made him eat it. I have 2 dogs. I walk them. I clean up after them. I don't let Wolf or Ellington leave any little surprises for people to deal with. I'm not the one, but...Inevitably, about once a month or so, there is someone who comes out screaming at me AS I AM CLEANING UP, about dogs and their mess and swearing that I'm the one who left whatever on their lawn. Wrong. I know folks get mad. I get mad when people do that near my house!!! Clean it up. It's really not rocket science.

I've found that it depends on how often and how well you clean them. I still prefer the reliability of a revolver...and, honestly, you only need 2 bullets unless you're incompetent ...for most situations. The 2nd is for finishing up if you messed up the first shot.

That gun NEVER jams on me. I understand that when the Army went with the Baretta they poured sand into the breach while firing and it still did not jam.

LOL, have you ever shot anyone? Is that how you know?
I would think that no matter how much range time, shooting a real person would be different.

I admit to not shooting people, but I've hunted plenty. shooting a living thing IS very different from shooting targets, I'm well aware of that...

i'm just speaking in general...lots of people have 9mm etc. that jam up...gun enthusiasts will generally have a variety of guns, some revolvers, some not, for different things...

Don't use Bleach
Ask your local zoo for some Lion piss or maybe Wolf piss, put that that around the Bush and no animal will come close to your bush, door or yard
