The Chicago Voices Against Violence Contest is to engage members in Chicago communities to express their own anti-violence messages creatively.
Entries will be expected from March 17 through May 25, 2008
Contest is open to anyone who is 21 years of age or younger. Families/Communities can enter together, but the person submitting the entry must be 21 years of age or younger.
You can submit audio, video or photos! You can either attach them to an email, or send them a link!
After you register for this contest, you will be directed to a page with directions on how to send us your material!

My heart goes out to ALL of our young people who are living their lives in a world where they have to live in fear of going to and from school, a life where parents like myself have developed a fear of wondering if one of my sons will be the next victim of violence. This is one step that OUR youth can take in expressing their voice on the violence they are faced with in this soceity.
