View Full Version : Venting on Gramaphone......

I stopped in Gramaphone this past Friday and while in there the person at the DJ booth played all hip hop. I have nothing against hip hop but I remember times I would go and they would play some nice house cuts. I would walk out of there with some cuts I liked that they played in the DJ booth. Just had to vent.

They gotta push that as well. I know what you're saying..Think about how I feel when I go in there and they're playing.... I don't know what to call it. Just tune it out and dig thru the bins and turn your headphones up loud.

The only shit I want is the DC choice comp and Badu's lp.The club/underground can wait.

True dat Jaimie sometime that shit all starts to sound the same(especially that new shit) and you wind up with the least annoying cut vs the best cut. You aint missing shit.. it aint going nowhere.. miss one cut here comes another. After an hour or so in G-phone I have to take a break and go elsewhereand just buy MUSIC whether it's considered dance music or not. Just good music.
