A veteran DJ of Chicago since 1986 he has spun at numerous venues throughout his DJ career. Including many of those infamous flyer parties of the 80s and 90s. Remember those?
In addition, he's been on the radio at 90.5 FM WCYC as part of the mix show and host of the best of the 80s show. He has also held residencies at some of Chicago's best nightclubs including Zentra, RednoFive, Convent, and Tunnel.
In 1999 Danny released his first House music production called "The Premiere Project" on the D Square record label. Also released in 1999 was an electronic jazz fusion track called E-Jazz featuring Troy Niehardt. To enhance his love of music, D Square learned the Electric Bass guitar. "I feel that the drums and the bass are the two instruments that hold together any song from R&B, Hip Hop, Jazz, Rock and especially Dance music" said Danny. "Knowing how to play your own bassline is a huge advantage in producing music beause you're not limited to what sounds you get on previous recordings, and it comes from within you so its always original."

David Sabat experienced his teen years in the early 1980s during the birth of Chicago House Music. With influences in his back yard such as Frankie Knuckles, Ron Hardy, and Lil’ Louis, it was hard to avoid becoming a DJ. After leaning to spin, David continued to develop his skills and expand his music collection. He went on to Purdue University where his paid his way though college DJing at several night clubs as well as fraternity and sorority parties. He spent his college years exposing the Chicago House sound to his peers and focused heavily on breaking new music. In the early 1990s David promoted music videos all over the United States by coordinating large music video dance shows which consisted mostly of popular music. He eventually found his way back to the Chicago House Music scene and decided he could be a larger asset to the House community in another capacity.
In 2003 David's vision emerged and ChicagoSoundSource.com was born showcasing some of the best DJ talent Chicago has to offer. He has built shows, promotion, and bookings for this highly select group of all-star Chicago DJs/producers along with rising talent and has fused them with incredible free-style musicians. This unique blend of DJs and musicians are the building blocks of ChicagoSoundSource.com’s mission; to bring to the House vibe of Chicago DJs with live entertainment to cities and countries all over the world.
In 2004 David Sabat, with partners Rain and Sujan Moore, founded the Chicago House Music Association (CHMA). This not-for-profit organization focuses on unity within the Chicago House Music community and hosts an annual Chicago DJ Softball tournament featuring some of the greatest legends in House Music, internationally recognized DJs/producers/performers, and some of Chicago's newest talent. The tournament has become one of the most anticipated and unique events in Chicago.
David Sabat's most recent ventures for ChicagoSoundSource.com is the 2006 launch of ChicagoSoundSource.com Music, a digital record label featuring the production of his affiliated artists where music is now available for download at Traxsource.com. 2006 also saw "The Return of David Sabat" as a DJ. Working with so many talented DJs, producers, vocalists, and musicians day-in and day-out eventually gave David new influences and motivation to revive and revamp himself as a Chicago House Music DJ.
