MOTHERFUCKER!!!

To some people, it means fighting words. In clubs however, it's a term of endearment used for the DJ at black soulful house parties. I used to go to Tracks and hear Cedric or Mike Mallapit rock it. I would see people throw trash cans across the club and slap the walls silly. "Come on!!! Give it to me you black motherfucker!!!" Then I went to NYC to hear Louie and the crowd would scream, "Play that shit you Puerto Rican motherfucker!!!" Once at Club Love, Joe Clausell was pumping the sound system so hard that he overloaded it. "WHAT THE FUCK DID YOU DO TO THE SOUND SYSTEM MOTHERFUCKER?!?!?!?!?" After about 5-10 minutes of people clapping and screaming, the sound came back on stronger than ever and I heard too many "motherfuckers" to count. Nowadays, I have to go hear Sam Burns play if I want to taint my ears with this sort language.

After making this mix, I hope to become another motherfucker...

This Cat Must Be Crazy.. For The First 2 Mins And 21 Sec.. There Is Nothing But Sound Effects. I'm Not Trying To Burst His Bubble..he Has A Lot Of Work To Do, And This Is From A Person That Has Been Hearing Tracks Laid Down For 20 Years..

Yes, I am VERY crazy! So crazy that I like to take risks by starting off my set with Pepe Braddock's "Intriuging Feathered Creature". Don't worry your little soulful head. There is plenty of Kenny Dope, Joe Claussell, Karizma, and Kerri Chandler to go around in this mix...

That track that comes in at the 16:30 mark might get you a "Muufucker"....that's some hot, climbing up the wall stuff...name please?
