Wrap Me In Its Arms-Carl Craig.
Deeep!
If you listen carefully during the second half of the track you can hear a child humming along at almost subliminal levels.

What a coincedence, ive been rocking all kind of detroit joints last week. It seems to fit the depressed state i am in right now.
Hi tech jazz is absolutely one of the best Detroit songs(in stead of track) ever.
Where are all those Detroit icons>>>>???? It seems like whe lost detroit

Tons, but I'd choose between "Desire" and "Game One". Best UR? "Final Frontier" or "Amazon".

BFC - Please stand by/Retroactive - Heartwrenching, undescribable strings and breakbeats by Carl Craig
Carl Craig - At Les/Buzz - It will always remind me of the time my mother passed away.
UR - Nation 2 Nation(the track with the same title as the ep)/UR - Joy and thoughtfulness put together...
UR - Journey of the Dragons/UR - Mad Mike and Juan Atkins tribute to Bruce and Brandon Lee
MK - Feel the Fire/Masahiro - Marc Kinchens best work to date, "Burning" was great, but this...
And a million other tracks... graemlins/thumbsup.gif

I'd love to do one, just need a server to host a mix. The ones I can use have limited bandwith, which means the mix can only be 30 minutes long.
And that's ridiculous...

Always earopian poeple dig the detroit techno tracks, wich is weird, because Ron Hardy and Lil Louis used to play some of those tracks in his sets. Dj's like Derrick May Stacey Pullen, Theo Parrish, KDJ etc etc always play Chicago tracks in their sets, but i never hear a Chicago or a NYC dj play a detroit track, of even a KDJ Theo Parrish

haven't got a mix of detroit tracks myself, but i do have a link (http://www.alanoldham.com) to alan 'dj t-1000' oldham's new website. click on radio, and voilá: a handfull of his old FASTFORWARD radio shows from 1990-1992. these are all prime examples of the best detroit had to offer a decade ago.

it has the two mixes you described, including the house mix with its great piano solo and live bass. according to he sleevenotes, 'This Means That' is one of 3 singles to be released on KMS.
Paul Randolph also sings/performs on Innerzone Orchestra's 'People Make The...' and 'Galaxy' as well as having recorded with Mike Banks and performed with Inner City.
