Chicago-based nightclub Wet has been ordered to pay Red Bull North America nearly $680,000 after the club lost a lawsuit accusing it of passing off generic energy drinks as Red Bull.
The suit alleged that customers at Wet, who ordered a Red Bull, routinely received a substitute beverage without being notified of the substitution or given the opportunity to accept or reject it.
