can anyone tell me some basic keyboard commands? my mouse has been "taken" and all i know is how to tab around. for example how do you close programs, how do you access the window bars at the bottom of screen, how do you get rid of pop ups, etc.

here are some hope they help!!! I'll post more as I remember them, I hope your using windows ;)
ALT + F4 - This will close any active windows you have open.
Ctrl + Esc this will let you access thing from the start menu then just use your arrow keys to move around
CTRL +P - Print
CTRL + C - Copy

there is a word document that is pretty exhaustiv in terms of windows shortcut
But Be Carreful, It will be hard to come back to your mouss when you will b used to this shortcuts ;)
