I loved alot of their stuff. Last week before I went out I was playing some cutz and pulled out the cd single for "Drama." That "Tenaglia DTour Mix" is not for the faint at heart. That mix always sounded so hot cranked on a nice system. I know I pissed my neighbors off! LOL! I was dancin' around like I was back at the Generator. LOL! Really liked how the "Drama/Much Better"(a nice cut too!) cd single was packaged. Their first cd "Adults Only" was nice too with cutz like, "Let Me Be Your Underwear, Unique(Is What You Are), and Diva" amongst others. There is a sleeper on there that I love called "Pleasure (Nothing Better)" which features Leee John of Imagination fame on vocals that is da shit! Would sound hot at a steppers set too.

Yeah "Let Me Be Your Underwear" was a dope jam. That early 90s "Club Lonely'esc" chord progression was huge during that time.

"Diva" or "Diva's Talk" (The Accapella) was a favorite of mine as well. I used to run that accapella in alot of my mixes when I started mixing back in the mid-90s.

Peace

....

Rauhoffer sucks a BIG FAT ONE.

Back in the Club 69 days (1993-1998) he actually made good funky quasi-soulful garagey dance/house music, albeit it was commercial-sounding, but still it was good stuff.

Then, he went all haywire with all that hard, progressive, edgey, techno, trancey, techy bullshit.... and that's when I stopped listening to his David Guetta/Deep Dish-esque sounding crap.

I think the same can be said about many other DJs/Producers/Remixers who were really good in their early days (a la Danny Tenaglia, Jr. Vasquez as Ellis D, the Murk boys Ralph Falcon & Oscar Gaetan outta Miami, Steve "Silk" Hurely outta Chi-town, etc.), and their later work was/continues to be nothing short of utter garbage.
