Hey folks, I need your help. I can't get into any secure sites on my home computer, including my email and bank account. I searched microsoft help, which told me to delete 2 .dll files in a particular order (from all other locations first, then from the system32 directory) but when I tried that I delete was not an option.

Any thoughts?

1. First I would make sure you have the most up to date version of the IE browser with all service packs. Use the Microsoft update tool to do this.

2. If that does not work then do as MS suggests If you are using Windows 2000 or XP make sure you are logged on as a administrator when you try to delete those files. Also make sure the browser is closed down.
