Linda threatened to sue Mcdonalds if they did not pay for fixing her tooth after she broke it on a bone fragment in a hamburger. They did pay for all the work that she had done.

-G This is a good example of when to take action because bone fragments shouldn't be in hamburgers in the first place. This is a direct cause of harm to a person. Not weight gain over periods of months and years, and not bagels.
