Cheers mate. Is there a way of measuring it or knowing what the lowest/highest bit rate the track can fall/rise to?

Ok I get it now, an album is labelled VBR because all the tracks vary in quality from eachother. Jesus Im thick as pig's shit.

No. certain parts of the individual track(s) vary.
