U rang?July 18,1988 here.I was watching a program the other day and the topic of kids leaving home at later ages came up.Some people leave,then return home because of their parents health.Some people comeback because of financial reasons,its rough out there.Its easier to give your parents $600-$700 a month than it is to pay $1,100 for a crummy one bedroom apartment.Its so real out here that even in the hood an apartment cost that much.The problem lies in some parents still treating their kids as if they arent paying them rent.Yes its your child but its also a tenant,although i would think any respectable person would have a hard time sucking some dick or eating some twat with their mama down the hall.Some parents just cant cut it financially on their own,so the kids help out.I cant do it,when my mother gets old,she knows she's going in a home preferably a retirement village,i got my life to live.

I dunno how i feel about this,truly i dont.On one hand kids need to grow up and accept all that it is to be grownup(apt,bills etc).Then on the other hand as people of color do we push our kids out to face the harsh world too soon?You always hear that person that says at 21 you getting out of my house!Has your child reached his full capabilities at 21?Suppose he wants to go to college then to grad school,can he do this realistically by being forced out of the house?

If i were a parent i'd say,you can stay as long as you plan on futhering your education.If i see that it is not your intent to finish education,you should leave.
