This was easy to spot as a hoax for anyone who knows the tattoo business. Professional tattoo artists are very very serious about not inking children (in the US anyway). The courts will have your balls on a platter for making a so much as a dot on anyone under 18.

Besides, the address they give for the Seattle location is a Walmart icon_rofl.gif
