Timothy Wright family tragedy......

1. This is horrible. I'll say this....no one is promised tomorrow. Live life to the fullest and show love to everyone. May Mrs. and grandson DJ Wright RIP. And prayers for Rev Wright's healing and the Wright family. And prayers for the family of the other driver.

2. Meeting the Wright sons, not only are they the baddest musicians in gospel music, but, more importantly, are some of the most humble cats. Their humility says a lot about them, and says everything about the parents who raised them.

I heard about this tragedy at the CFP and I am deeply sorry that this happened, despite not even knowing this family personally...my condolences and prayers go out to the Wright family during this difficult time.

My aunt & uncle just came back from that very conference that the Wrights were traveling from (after attending). One of their youth took a picture with Rev. Wright.

I don't care what a person's stance on religion is...(see other threads) this situation's just tragic all the way around.

I love the simplicity/powerful message of his song that came out right after Hurricane Katrina.
