Clowning & Krumping

Did anyone in the UK see the documentary late on Wednesday night on Channel 4 about Clowning and Krumping. There was some crazy dancing by these L.A. clown gangs.
Can anyone give me any more info on this?

This just sounds stupid. A bunch of fools dressed up like clowns dancing to a beat. What are they on, some type of LA Crack pipe ?
