Long story short, dam hanging book shelf fell on my 1200 and bent the arm.
i took it to a repairman and said he can replace the arm for $210 plus tax (parts and labor). i finna do it myself. :cussing:

has anyone replaced an arm? besides the tiny soldering...how hard can it be?

Try going to a pawn shop and find one for that price.

Do it yourself. Just make sure you have the right tools before you start.
