True, but security controls on the plantation like mine won't even allow me to access cyberjamz. I have my little BS portable radio on at all times. As for the Ipod, the battery life is very short on this piece of ****.

well, there are a few pretty good reasons people still listen to the radio. personally,my main reasons are...

1. radio personalities/talk - when i listen to morning shows or afternoon rush hour shows, i listen mainly for the talk, comedy or what have you. also like to listen to talk radio and news stations from time to time

2. curiosity - when i do listen to the hip-hop/rnb stations, it's mainly to see what the kids are into these days. i try to keep up with what songs they're being bombarded with on the radio/mtv/bet, not so much for dj purposes, but just to know. my father use to do the same thing when i was coming up.

3. nobody wants to hear that deep/underground/obscure shit all of the freakin' time, lol. a lil' popcorn in your life every once in a while doesn't hurt. :)

b) Some radio stations like that sorta thing. I remember auditioning for a radio show and the station manager asked me blend as many songs as possible into a 20 minute mix.

thanks lilray. To add, i left radio fm alone after the senior djs from our generation left radio. i have not been impressed with alot of djs for radio but club scence o.k. .
djs josif clark of brooklyn , and jihad from n.j. has kept my faith in radio when guessed at kiss fm.
