In the early 70's , djs Oscar of crown heigths, Flowers of brooklyn, Pete dj Jones of bronx , Bruce and Frank of Canarsie , Maboya,Frankie d & Nate of Marcy projects, Smith brothers and Josif Clark ( skate city , 98.7 kiss fm club classics) played this record. It was hustle time back then.

This record (more of a street and underground hit) did damage on the dance floor ,riis beach , albany park , marcy park, bushwick, sumner projects and at central park's fountain parties near the lake .

Radio stations like wbls was lake at playing it. and when spinned , it was Lamara renee who played it at night.

This was not a big hit in manhattan but in clubs and the bronx.
