MONTGOMERY, Ala. (Aug. 26) - Supporters of a Ten Commandments monument have filed a last-ditch lawsuit to prevent its apparently imminent removal from the Alabama Judicial Building.......

Where is my Buddah momument? Or what about allowing a KORAN momument? etc., etc.

Everyone has a right to their religious views, but nobody has the right to impose them on others. This is what this issue is all about and the Supreme Court agrees with it. A monument like this would be far more appropriate in a city square, or in front of a landmark church. Not in a government building, whether it is local, county, state or federal.
d
Some judge -- only to make a point -- needs to place a memorial of satanic verses in another courthouse .....these same people would start to immediately freak out and want it removed.
Seperation of Church & State.....period!
