if you are driving, baymont inn (nice joint, next to i.h.o.p., the cheapest gas station around AND a 24 hour shopping place) has a special for $49/night...it's right off of i-94 and little mack - close to 13 mile, but the trip to downtown is a straight shot and would take no more than 10 minutes...
