If you are dropping some product...and it's a hush-hush thing...don't broadcast that shit on DHP.

I know how some folks here feel about boots/white labels here.If you know someone here has done something, don't put em on blast here.If you had the shit before it dropped,be happy you had it exclusively.

Some folks can't hold water....If I dropped something on the low and it was revealed here,I'd be ready to whoop someone's ass.Don't folks remember some of the technicalities with this shit...

It seems like folks want to seem like they are in the know all of the time.Shut the hell up sometimes.Who are you trying to showoff to?

Excuse my rant, but this is not the first time it has occurred here. Some shit is better left in the dark.I get shit before it drops from cats,I don't go on ther net bragging about how long I had it and shit.I just play it.

Think about it...

I get shit and I am not a DJ and I keep it under my hat. Most of my stuff I get is in a mix.

I've always felt if you don't want someone to know about your stuff, don't put it out there. And if you do, don't associate yourself with it, just sit back and smile as people speculate who "done it".

I don't remember G-man putting a rule out there about not telling secrets here. That may be your wish Jamie, but wishes don't always come true.

Next time you might want to govern yourself different. This is just my opinion.

There's a way to handle situations and you took the low road bruh. There is such a thing called tact.

For someone who considers themself a professional, you are not showing professionalism.

Thanks for giving the world something else to laugh at about Chicago dj's.

I think Jamie has a very good point.

It can really ruin the appeal of the full release. Every promo I ever got from an established label has had the feedback sheet and instructions not to distribute etc.. And if I didn't fill in and fax those back my stuff stopped coming.

It's for test purposes not clout.

Think about it... oh, I'm so feeling this post....remind me when I got blasted by a board member for berating someone for putting Darryl James and Fred McFarlene names out there as the people who did a particular hot bootleg at the time....

I never understood this behavior....

I think this whole thing is "Wild as Hell"!
I dont pick side's, I dont give a Rat's ass, but Im sure that every DJ on DHP has done that in one shape of form or the other, in this time or in the past where we forgot, it's been done. graemlins/nono.gif
Sometimes dealing with people, i come up with the simple answer that says it all...."What would I have expect? graemlins/conf44.gif
Nothing to get mad about, nothing to get piss off about, just a simple term that says it all.
Peace. graemlins/cool_shades.gif

Know what this reminds me of??? I was at a club and I bummed a cigarette from a female friend of mine... So I am standing there smoking, diggin' the music and this fine ass woman walks over and asks for a cigarette. I tell her I bummed the cigarette off of someone else... She asks me who like she is going to go to that person and get a cigarette. WTF. Now I thought to myself I could probably get some points with her if I help her get a cigarette from my female friend? But how would that make me look...? I told her I got it from some guy on the way into the club... I don't know if any of this makes sense but I am sure you guys can find the logic in my thinking... graemlins/kos.gif
