Is that our Wayne Williams in that R Kelly video,
"Step in the name of Love"? I saw it on MTV the other night and could swear that was him.
Am I right?

Yes, Wayne is Director of A&R for Jive Records. Arguably "discovered" R. Kelly and signed him to the Jive label.
