Al Franken and his lawyers cleaned their clocks
the judge in this cse said..."This is an easy case in my view and wholly without merit, both factually and legally"..
He also said.."It is ironic that a media company, which should be seeking to protect the First Amendment, is seeking to undermine it by claiming a monopoly on the phrase 'Fair and Balanced'"
Afterwards Franken thanked Foc for boosting sales with their publicity and said "I'd like to thank Fox' lawyers for filing one of the stupidest briefs I've ever seen in my life"
Hey, maybe Rupert can bribe congress again in order to bypass the courts - NOT

Ps.
I'd like to hear what people out there think of the court's decision in the matter of Fox V Franken. It would seem that Al Franken kicked the butts of one of the biggest conservative organizations in the nation. And he did it in court--so much for "Fair and Balanced" Fox--the first news organization in history that sued to impede the First Amendment.

Greetings:
So, what are the odds that Bill O'Reilly will refrain from mentioning "Frivilous Lawsuits" and "The Trial Lawyers Union" in his MOST RIDICULOUS OF THE DAY segments for awhile?

I was watching Fox the other day and they were basically bashing on Harrison Ford because he was stating in an interview that he was against guns and other right-wing things. They were quite vociferous in their condemnation "who do these Hollywood types think they are, talking about politics" etc. Then without a hint of irony, they went straight into a glowing piece on Schwarzenneger's Governor campaign!
