Here are few that I think are pretty good, especially if you're just getting started.

Webmonkey (http://hotwired.lycos.com/webmonkey/programming/javascript/)

Javascript Guide (http://www.javascriptguide.com/tips.html)

Also, check out these books:

Use this book to get a basic understanding of the language:
http://images.amazon.com/images/P/0764544055.01._PE30_PI_SCMZZZZZZZ_.jpg

THEN

use this book as reference:

http://images.amazon.com/images/P/0764533428.01._PE30_PIdp-schmoo2,TopRight,7,-26_SCMZZZZZZZ_.jpg

If you have little to no knowledge of HTML then the first book will be easy enough to help you out, but it is advisable that you know some HTML.

Hope that helps.

Oh, go to www.bookpool.com (http://www.bookpool.com) for cheap tech books too.
