These are some of the cats who i truley like alot on the College Basketball scene today in the backcourt(Guards).
1.Tj Ford(Texas)-From what i've been hearing, If he decides to come to the show(NBA), He would be a top 5 pick, Very, very, High Basketball IQ, Please don't try to push up(Guard him tight), Size(5'9)and a consistant jumper are the only things holding him back from going to the show(NBA)and rocking, Would love to see him go one more year/Tj Ford's only a sophomore).
2.Markus Banks(UNLV)-One of the best in the country in the backcourt, The way he plays(Very Fancy)I can't believe he comes from Las Vegas, Hopefully scouts are not overlooking this cat, I can think of alot of teams in the show(Atlanta Hawks,New York Knicks,Boston Celtics,Seattle) right away come to mind)were this cat can help right away.
3.Luke Ridnour(Oregon)-Excellent feel for the game, Only a Junior, Scouts in the Show(NBA)are not up on him because of the school that he plays for has very little Basketball traditon, But he is also one of the best in the country in the backcourt.
4.Dwayne Wade(Marquette)-Chicago Cat, One of the top 3 players that i've seen this year, Only a Junior, He should be a top 5 lottery pick if he decides to come to the show(NBA), The best cat i've seen at Marquette since Butch Lee and Sam Worthen.
5.Andre Barrett(Seton Hall)-Reminds me alot of Shaheen Holloway(who played at Seton Hall before Andre Barrett got there), Very tough to check(Guard), Sees the floor very well, Only problem is his height(5'9)and jumper(Like alot of cats).
6.Jameer Nelson(St Joseph's)-Has just as much talent as anyone on this list, West Philadelphia cat, Who has a lot of talent, Don't try to push up(Guard to tight)on this cat(LOL), Only a Junior, Only his height(5'9)holds him back from being considered a Lottery pick.
7.Chris Thomas(Notre Dame)-The best cat out of the backcourt at Notre Dame since Dave Rivers in the late 80's, Very smart cat, Also can Lift it(Shoot)with the best, Only a Sophomore, This cat has a very, very, bright future ahead.
8.Brandon Knight(Pittsburgh)-Very good feel for the game, High basketball IQ(Knows the science), Jumper is crazy suspect, But plays the game for the right reasons(Play hard,Play smart,Play fair).

Say Mark(MHD), Sorry to get back to you so late in reference to your question, But i haven't seen Hollis Price and Quannas White play yet. Some cats have mentioned to me that Hollis Price is alright but, Have made comments like, 'Yo Mike you won't like him(The way he plays)', Comment, Then, Some cats have mentioned to me that Hollis Price ain't shit(LOL). I will definitely try to catch one of their games either tonight or over the Weekend, Also, Einnod23, Gerry McNamara and Billy Edelin are both nice, Maybe in about a year or two they will both be considered two of top cats in the backcourt on the college Level, But there's quite a few cats who more than likely will come back to school(That if the media doesn't soup them up to come out), That are very tough, Also, There's a cat from Philadelphia named Mustafa Shakhor who will be going to the University of Arizona next year who is very tough.

Hollis is pretty damn solid IMO. But I will let you be the judge.

I am a Pitt grad, but I dunno, as much as I love B.Knight I am thinking he wont ammount to much in the nba... he seems so melancholy. Maybe its just that he is never satisfied but man, at some point can ya smile please?

I think pitt/marquett will be a tight game and I hope to see pitt/kentucky.

Chris Thomas has skills but he seems to choke alot and let his emotions get the better of him...

we'll see, he played great last night.

yeah I am not too fond of ND and I was mad he couldn't finish that last shot. Looked like maybe Thomas tipped it, but yeah, he should have had those.
