At the moment I'm getting my basement floor done and will be throwing private functions at the spot from time to time. I would like to just rent a spot and do frequent parties but I would much rather start small and get a solid following, then look into a place to throw something weekly.
It's sad that this is what it's come to after almost 2 years at that spot, but enoughs enough.
Hope you'll make the trip for a guest spot at the basement Ray. I know how you like to get on the basement jocks. :D
