that makes people raise their eyebrows or laugh at you for listening to it? I got razzed bigtime yesterday for listening to Lou Rawls and Mel Torme and k d lang.

When I was in my late teens, I started getting heavily into late 1940's/early 1950's rhythm & blues and jump blues - still a musical passion of mine. It not only raised eyebrows, but I used to chase my brothers out of the room when playing it.
