Just a quick question, it's not a major crisis. If you have a midi track in PT, like you played something in Xpand, Trilogy, etc. Can you create a fade on the midi track? What I've been doing is solo-ing the track and bouncing it as a wav, then deleting the midi track and replacing it with the bounced wav file so I create a fade on it. Is there an easier workaround or do I have to keep doing it that way? Thanks in advance.

Firstly, you need to be working with Instrument tracks. It's a MIDI track with inserts on it. You can then automate volume panning...etc by going to the edit window. If you want more in depth descriptions I can go into more depth.
The way you're doing it at the mo is about 200 times more time consuming than the proper way.

I should have said that but it is an instrument track. If It's a long process to explain you could always pm me.
