For us its gotta be the tradittional Tamales(word!!) Bunuelos,Ponche con tequila,Tea de canella,Gallinas rellenas (mm mm mmmm)and lots of serveisas!!! graemlins/alc.gif

In sweden we eat something called julbord.. it has basically everything on it but riceporridge and Christmas ham is basically the "main" courses.. and lots of gingerbread cookies of course. ;) I however don't eat meats anymore, so on the traditional ones I'm a bit lost since there are lots of sausages, meatballs and things too.

As a change of pace,Im cooking a non-tradtional Christmas dinner this year. Im cooking a turducken, for those that don't know what that is, it's a Turkey stuffed with a chicken thats stuffed with a duck with layers of cornbread stuffing in between each bird. A green bean casserole, corn mache choux, sweet potato and praline casserole. I think the only things that will be traditional will be the collard greens and homemade biscuits.

I keep a stash of exstacy pills (red & green with the E stamp on 'em) in the candy dish in the living room, for friends who drop by...
Oh you mean food??? Don't know, haven't had a X-mas dinner at my house yet, always out & about.

- a giant ham (which is given to the family from our chinese realtives every year)
- Cranberry
- Mom's (to die for) Potato Salad
- a nice juicy Turkey
- plenty of beer and liquor
- plus all the little stuff like stuffing, gravy, bisuits/rolls etc..
