GMan what bit rate do you use in real producer to encode your mixes, I had been using 12kbps due to lack of webspace, but I now have unlimited and want to increase the quality.

I am still encoding most of my mixes at 32kbs stereo using sound forge. However, some of the other folks on the board say I am behind and should be using the new Helix producer which is able to encode at a lower bit rate and sound just as good therefore saving space and download time.
