I remember seeing Peven Everett w/ Seance Divine @ Dance Ritual when it was @ Vinyl on Wednesdays. This was about 4 years ago. It was an amazing show. I will have to check this out.

thanks That party was actually not a Dance Ritual party. It was a one off Samir put together with heavy sponsorship from a cigarette company, which papered Vinyl with advertising paraphanalia and even changed the lighting in the back room to correspond to the brand's packaging graemlins/puke.gif . Aside from an amazing performance my biggest memory was of the abysmal turnout. Believe it or not the pretty low turnout for the November at S.O.B.s was probably higher than at the earlier NYC appearance. Schedule and energy permitting I plan to make it this week.
