What program records live audio streams?

I know it has been mentioned before but I cant remember what the program is. I want to be able to record some interviews and save the audio as a wav or mp3.

total recorder does it.plus if u want a mix thats not available for download but available for stream then you could click on a function that records the mix up to 10 times faster than its playing.

just a little function that uses the protocol to speed up packet delivery which then allows the software to pull all the nessecary data into a package which you can then save.
