It's great and has a great Arthur Russell-penned track on it which is worth the price of the LP alone. It's one of my favourite tracks.

this whole LP is amazing!. It usually sells for 8-10$.
you can preview it on tigersushi.com
here's their review:
The former bassist of Public Image Limited, the guitarist of rock's then new sensation U2 alongside NYC's dance music supremo Kevorkian and mystic cellist/Larry Levan sidekick Arthur Russell. One would automatically expect such combination to go beyond mere snake charming. And actually that's exactly what those five tracks do, taking you deep into an enthralling leftfield dance frenzy and outlining a new musical genre where drumboxes, guitars, percussions and keys are all allowed into a gargantuan banquet. Here the Snake Charmer cut in both its original and reprise form is the real beacon of the 12" and shows paths that, a few years later, the likes of David Bowie or Peter Gabriel would dream of without ever reaching the same level of inspiration. The mysterious, four-fold, sleeve art really sums it all. Here is music that retains all its secrets after zillions of listens. Doors are opened only to reveal new uncanny corridors.

I recently picked up Holger Czukay's "Full Circle" album, also with Jah Wobble. Top stuff.
