This is where I've come for the past 2 years to share the ups and downs. So I hope you'll bear with me as I express my profound grief over having lost a member of my staff to sickle cell anemia.
Paulette was not a house music fan (as far as I know) but she was the kind of person who would take joy in whatever gave you joy and cry with you if that's what you needed. She was a wonderful employee and and wonderful person. I am praying for her soul and for her family, especially her 16 year-old daughter, with whom she was very close. I lost my mother at 38 and it almost ruined me. I can't imagine what it's like at 16.
If you have a moment in your day, please pray for Paulette and the many loved ones she left behind.
No more pain for her. Praise be to God.
Thank you for your patience and your indulgence.
