Working Day & Night (Percussion Version)

Anyone know if this version of Michael Jacksons "Working Day & Night" was ever officially released and if so how I can find it..

Klas, it was offically released on one of those "deluxe collector's edition" Michael Jackson CD's along with a whole bunch of other outtakes and studio edits.

As you probably already know, someone got smart and bootlegged them onto vinyl - this cut is on the first 12" called "Micheal 1" along with a bedroom version of Billie Jean and a v. nice instrumental of Rock With You. Nice quality sound for what are basically demo versions.

Thanks Jason, Yeah I have those boots, 1 & 2 .. theres also a ****in hilarious japanese version of "I Want You Back" (http://www.waxrecords.com/store/getTracks.asp?albumID=761&trackID=2201). These were done up by a local LA underground hip hop icon... but the sound quality especially on "Working Day & Night" sucks ass... that's why I was hoping it might be somewhere else on a better pressing... I will check into that CD compilation... Thanks!

Agreed on the sound quality..

Since the material is taken from the official CD (with proper mastering), I'm guessing the quality is due to the original recordings being bedroom/demo efforts..
