Thanks to all that contributed their thoughts and ideas on how to get 300 plus members under one roof.

With a four pages of replies it is time to shift into higher gear and make these ideas a reality.
It was mentioned that we should form a committee and this is the first step to a successful event.
There are many that are willing to help develop this concept and this is good for planning. The more members from different time zones will give us the fuller effect on when where and how.

This thread is to inform members that we are forming the DHP Vacation committee.
All those that are interested please reply to this thread with some short words.

We should let this thread run for a little while to achieve a rounded group of members to form the committee so, the options can be optimum.

TO ALL OTHER MEMBERS that want to continue your contributions with additional ideas for the committee to consider do not reply to this thread. We will have a separated thread for more Vacation ideas etc. Thank you.

One thing come to mind is a conference calls or or IM group chats?
