My old boss now is the face of the new iraqi gov for everything in DC and the US, I guess.
Damn, maybe I should ask for my job back! I left b/c ....she was entirely too capable a boss, she didn't really need me. Also, health care wasn't in the equation at all. This was a long time ago.
In the end, we bonded over music.
Since the war started out, I've emailed her.
She said hello and what I was up to. I couldn't say "starbucks" at the time.
ah well, maybe she has a big staff under her now, where I can fit in...
or maybe it's back to the frappuchinos...
