the sniper needs some legal advice. what do our dhp attorney's have to say about him representing himself?
I hope that he ends up frying himself! mad1.gif
It seems to be fashionable these for an accused to represent himself, some sort of Milosevic syndrom. They want to run the show. Now imagine you are a witness or you are a victim, and you find yourself being cross-examined by the very same man that attacked you, hit you, raped or whatever other criminal act.... it’s sort of strange, but I guess in this case, well, it’s sad to say but victims will not be able to testify!
As for an advice, in the end, I don’t know what kind of legal training this man has, if he has any knowledge of procedure, etc. The fact that he has standbye counsels means that they will do all the crap work while he will try to run the show. So he should be fine, there shouldn’t be too many procedural discrepancies except during the trial itself where he might not know all the rules of evidence nor how to examine or cross-examine witnesses, etc. It can be very interesting.

A famous man once said:
THE MAN WHO REPRESENTS HIMSELF IN COURT HAS A FOOL FOR A CLIENT.

I aint no attorney but I don't know if dude knows how serious this shit is. He's probably gonna lose his life and may feel like he is the only one that can defend him properly. Maybe he wants the notoriety. Either way he is being set up to die.

as crazy as he is, he probably doesn't expect to win and thinks he'll make be able to make a statement.

It's Colin Ferguson all over again - those of in NY Metro area remember him and the "interesting" line of questioning he had for some of the people he shot on the train.
Extending his 15min of fame... :(

Regardless of whether man's justice decides guilt or aquittal, there is an answer a grandmother, who just before being sent to the gas chambers in the concentration camps, gave to her young grandson that stands out. Her grandson had asked her why this was being done to them. Why were they being killed for nothing. The grandmother's answer: All things done are seen in the EYE OF GOD. NOTHING escapes HIS EYE. Little comfort to surviving family members if these two should somehow escape justice. But still something to think about.
Thanks for letting me have a word.

Where did I say anything about Mousaouii's defending himself?
