I'm absolutely certain it is Stardom Groove's "It's Too Late (For Love)" featuring Tonya Wynne on New York Groove records.
Was mixed by Robert Clivilles(C&C music factory) and Ken Taylor.May turn up in bins at Vinylmania N.Y or others.Happy hunting bro! ;)
