DHP should have a forum for singles. I would love to meet a girl that loves dance music.

This is why I avoid meeting people in chatrooms or these online dating services. You have to get enough guts to get on your feet and ask a lady to dance or buy her a drink. You win some you loose some. You will loose more than winning. This is what I had to learn on my own.

I consider myself to be shy at times, especially in unknown surroundings. Once you conquer your fear of rejection or just being in strange surroundings, then skies the limit IMO.

It's a battle you must win.

Peace

Chris, here is the formula to be the ultimate love machine.

1 hot shower w/your choice of shampoo and soap (just make sure you scrub every crevice and knock out the dingleberries)

1 bottle of Hi-Karate (the best knock 'em out cause your a stud cologne)

1 set of pimp style rags

4-6 bottles of liquid courage (your alcoholic beverage of choice)

and 1 set of balls

Do that and you'll be shaggin' in no time. graemlins/cool_shades.gif

Take some Viagra about a half-hour before you go out. Girls WILL notice you. You'll stand out in the crowd. Just a suggestion.....JMJ :D

Just go and vibe at a club and don't expect anything. You'd be surprised as to who may be checking you out and you don't even know it. It happens when it's time. I say going out just to meet girls is so......desperate to me.

I've met females in the oddest places, but try to strike up a convo and then get the courage to ask for the digits. I am the same way around females and I don't have any macking skills or "game", if you will, but finding something in common with them usually helps things flow along. Even if you strike out, at least you tried.

I like to leave my zipper open. If a woman comments about your fly being open, it's because she was looking at your dick. If that doesn't work, carry a TAZER and a lasso....JMJ

1. Maybe you will find the girl of your dreams but in general, you are a complete ****ing idiot if you major venue for wanting to meet a girl is a ****ing club.

2. As far as meeting girls period and having a 'singles' forum, there are plenty of websites already devoted to that shit and just post your ****ing add on those with a 'I want to meet a girl that likes to dance' shit in it...thats what those sites are for.

3. 'Looking for love' is one of the stupidest ways to spend your time.

A big lesson to all the single dolts on this board who are having a hard time 'finding' the girl/guy of your dreams......you dont find love...LOVE FINDS YOU.

Most of this bullshit has to do with your own insecurities more than women, the places you meet them or any other shit for that matter.

4. Anybody that thinks because THEY love house, that the right girl for them is one who has to like it themselves is a real complete ****ing idiot and really limiting themselves to what other people have to offer.

There are plenty of fancinating people out there that have their own interest other than your stupid love of your ****ing record collection.

5. A word of advise for all you people obsessed with music that dont want to have to give it up for some other person....

What you need to check when it comes to other people is whether or not they have their own shit. Reading books, bird watching, stamp collecting or building pipe bombs, so that they have their shit, and you have yours.

I could give a **** if some girl likes 'going to a club to dance'....thats waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay the last thing anyone should be concerned about when it comes to finding someone to spend the rest of your life with.

****ing highschool.

graemlins/jpshakehead.gif thats way too harsh jamie chill take a toke or something

nothing wrong with wanting to find a lady that has the same interests as you in fact when you dj alot it can be the make or break of a relationship if my wife wasn't into music and dancing she would not put up with playing out 3 times + a week

Lennox speaketh the truth.

I don't think I've ever met a girl in a club and I've had too many ****ing girlfriends already.

BTW - ex gf's are always saying, "oh I know what you DJs are like...you get all the girls coming on to you when you're DJing." It's never happened to me once in 14 years of DJing!

Chris, this is not a bad idea.

Finding someone who shares your interests is very nice. It's not a necessity, but definitely can make things easier in a relationship.

maybe im just very lucky
I also no when my set is gonna be good because she gets her groove on while dancin around the house she has great taste in music from a dancefloor non dj point of view
