Do you realize that:
"Time to Jack" is almost 20 years old?
UTFO are all in the forties?
All the original b-boys are almost in their fifties?

graemlins/cool_shades.gif Dang You're old. How about your 9 year old kid comes up to you and says "Momie I saw the lady in the office use some type of thing that you type on and paper come out while you type. Have you seen one of those things?" I told her, (after I laughed) "That was a typewriter." graemlins/rofl.gif

I was digging in my hip hop crate palying "as the rhyme goes on" by eric B. and Rakim and I started thinking about how old that song is. That sparked me for this post.
Like "roxanne, roxanne" is almost 20 years old too. Crazy... graemlins/cool_shades.gif
...and don't trip Disco, ahem, you aren't too far from me age-wise last time I checked... graemlins/rofl.gif

Also in about 1-2 years these dance movies will be shown on The American Movie Classics Channel:

Flashdance
Purple Rain

graemlins/rofl.gif Ain't that the truth! My 13 yr-old and I were doing yoga, she kept saying "I can do that" then after 1 attempt she would say "I can do that but I don't feel like it. You need to excercise more than I do. You can go ahead I'll watch" Yeah right. I told her she'd better get into shape because by the time she's my age her body won't be any good. She thinks that youth in on her side and she don't have to diet and excercise to run track. Boy she is in for a rude awakening when she get on the Cross Country Team in High School graemlins/rofl.gif
