At our last session Dwayne tore sh*t up... most definitely a truely gifted poet. The funniest thing, though, was after the performance when he busted out all this merchandise! He had CDs, T-shirts, baby Ts... man was an organized MARKETING MACHINE!! graemlins/rofl.gif

FYI: you can check out some of Jemeni's poetry on the No More Dating DJs cut from Nick Holder.

I am hipped to Dwayne and motion. Do you know Karen Augustine and Hajile? Karens on my new album coming up. Dwayne's "everything" was release on my label "urbanicity" 2 years ago leading to the Counter Point release recently. I will check the Nick Holder joint out ......

The showcase last week was HOT...

Jemeni is a serious talent. She had this great piece about how pimps rhyme like Dr. Seus books. graemlins/rofl.gif

Shannon - Hajile does alot of stuff around Toronto. I hear he's really talented, but I haven't heard him speak yet. I heard alot of really good things about that "Everything" cut... I'll keep my eye out for it.
